The one who cackled attacks Caby, and the other one keeps slashing away at Reeks. It keeps trying to get both Reeks and Brooner in front of it, but they show their military experience and ingenuity in continuing to keep the wily creature between the two of them.

During movement, Tagor returns to the front and pulls Ducats several feet back from the melee. He begins intoning a prayer to the Host.

His view obscured til now, Cash remained still as ordered. Now, seeing Ducats down, he charges the monster that dropped his master at full speed, leaping straight for its chest.

Cash Money slams into the creature, knocking it to the ground screaming! The screams cease as Cash grips its head in his jaws, growling as he tears it apart.

Brooner and Reeks stab and slash at the beast between them.
