side bar question: who is the leader of our group?
Over time it's mostly [unofficially] varied between Hannibal, Tom and Boniface.

You?! Trouble?! Pfft.. [remembers various of Zack's characters over the years]
Um.. so, Goon, Nel, you remember you guys were sort of leading, right?
Actually, if I remember right, it was more of an anarchy.. lol
Oh, by the way Zack, that first text box under 'Post a reply' up there is for the Post title... you can leave that blank and enter your body text in the big box below.

If I had to pick a Leader it would have probably been Scott then Hannibal. But for the most part we usually discussed our options as a whole before decideing what to do. Do we need to pick a set leader?

I know I should know whats going on. But I don't. I read the timeline and the clues and I am alittle lost. I remember coming into the dream world and I remember chasing after Jerico. I remeber the fight in the temple but that is about it. Was the unknown god, or unknown temple Hades, or am I mixing that up? Did we ever find the temple of Artemis.

No worries at all You think the Unknown god was a rumour you heard in Ulthar, when you were all getting ready to head back out of the dreamlands. You went back to Dylath-Leen in search of a Temple to the Unknown god. You're really not too sure about this part, thinking back. It's almost as if it's been a terribly long time and your memories have faded a bit and become unclear. You've heard of things like that happening in the Dreamlands though.
This bit is a bit clearer. You all split up in an effort to search Dylath-Leen for a temple dedicated to an unknown god. One of you, you don't remember who, found a temple with no name, no writing, no symbols of any kind. People.. well, they may have been people.. were seen coming out of the building wearing plain grey (or maybe black?) robes. The party all gathered there inside the building. There were more robes laying on tables, and you all took a robe and put it on. Then you all went outside into the street. Something at the back of your mind makes you think maybe it was all some plan you all came up with to try to hide your identities, to become unknown and unknowable, to keep someone.. Ephezius? From knowing where you were or what you were up to.
At any rate, when you walked out into the street, you got attacked by a big flock of (of all things) gargoyles. Oddly enough, you know gargoyles to be the invention of Ephezius, long ago in the time of the Morvalian Empire.
After beating the gargoyles, you all returned to the inn you were staying at. It's then that Hannibal was summoned to the Temple of Hades, there in Dylath-Leen.
You haven't found the temple of Artemis itself yet, but the Temple of Temeria on Earthsea, under which you're actually sleeping currently, is apparently a 'version' of it. The Temple of Artemis is apparently supposed to be reached by using something in the smaller island nearby.
(a good bit of this is my way of dealing with the fact that I don't remember much more than you, lol, but I do have my campaign notes, and I remember the stuff that was going on in the background.)

My last post never showed up so just checking if this is working. If it does work I was curious about traits and if we got any. it says default is 2 but wanted to check with you first Mike.

Yep, that's fine. Be sure it's something you can explain, like in the case of suddenly manifesting a birthmark

Is anyone else going to be playing anytime soon? Nanigata is mostly ready just adding finishing touches when I can. If no one else is around maybe Nanigata could find a Sensai or something to pass the time.

If nobody says anything, we can do that. Hopefully some people will stop by quick and say what they want to do.

Have you heard from anyone? I sounded like everyone was pretty interested. Maybe everyone is just busy.

I've talked to Nelson and Hoover, and both have been really busy lately. It did sound like everyone was pretty interested, so hopefully people will get some free time soon. It really doesn't take as much time as one might think, only like 5-10 minutes a day, or even less often

I'm still interested and open to continuing with the Cannibals. If converting characters is a problem, my advice would be not to worry about it and just go ahead and jump in and start saying the next thing you want your character to do. If you have a character in the group, but they're not in the same room as Hannibal and the others, you can simply have them walk in there from the larger temple room down the hall - very easy.
If you don't have a character yet, feel free to roll one up, and as soon as we have two or three people active we can continue - I know what the other existing ones would do

I should also mention that after having more experience with the current DnD scene and how it's all going, I'm not necessarily married to the idea that we have to use Pathfinder for the system. I'd happily run it as a 2e game, or even as 1st Edition AD&D. Regardless of the system, we all know what the characters can do, so don't worry about losing or gaining 'power.'
